[DMX]How to view DMX spare devices that are defined?

To view the existing spares run symdisk list -hotspare
The following are restrictions/conditions in lieu of impact on I/O activity:
>  When adding or removing Symmetrix spares—no restriction on I/O.
>  A spare cannot be removed while in use.

Example

C:\>symdisk -sid 1234 list -hotspare

Symmetrix ID : 000000001234
