When we performing troubleshooting on the network slowness, TCPview from Sysinternals will be very useful that it will provide you with the TCP ports that a windows process is communicating.
To download a copy of TcpView, you can go to Microsoft TechNet .
To view TCP ports a process open,
1. Open TCPview.exe
2.
